Lea has been working in the corporate legal world for two decades, first as a Share Incentives lawyer at Olswang LLP advising companies on their share schemes and methods of incentivising employees and more recently as the Director of Legal Research at Lexis Nexis where she is responsible for a $100m plus portfolio of products. In her new role, Lea manages a team of 200 employees across product and content related specialisms.

In her spare time, Lea is an enthusiastic road cyclist and has raised over £60,000 for a range of incredibly deserving charities over the last 5 years through various long-distance cycling challenges.
