We are delighted with the Summer Holidays ’23 Experiences which your support made possible! We catered for over 600 socially isolated and financially disadvantaged children and young people from Hackney, Haringey, including children and youth volunteers with moderate to severe special needs / disabilities. The project was run by 45 dedicated staff members and 70 Youth volunteers who gave of their time to assist in the design, planning and running of the project. The theme brought joy, warmth and unity to everyone, as well as developed self-belief and confidence! We experienced the joys of friendship and together-ness through song/dance/drama & crafts workshops, sports, fun rides, inflatables, Day trips and especially the Mobile and Reptile Farm, Tractor rides included which all truly enhanced the summer 2023 experience.
